Utilising specialist 3D and computerised motion control software, we produce intricate profiles and complex geometries with exceptional accuracy. Our armour plate waterjet cutting capability includes cutting materials up to 200mm thick on a 7.3 x 2.4m bed, or up to 300mm thick on a 4m x 3m bed, with precision matching machined tolerances of +/- 0.1mm. With three state of the art waterjet cutting machines on site, we excel in processing high strength steel, abrasion resistant steel, armoured plate and composite materials.
