Using specialist 3D software and computerised motion control, we provide precision Raex waterjet cutting with tolerances of +/- 0.1mm. Our Blackburn facility operates three advanced machines, handling materials up to 300mm thick on beds reaching 4m x 3m. We specialise in Raex abrasion resistant steel, which is engineered for extreme environments. Using Raex significantly extends equipment life and reduces costs, making it ideal for demanding sectors like mining, defence, and aerospace.
