By utilising specialist 3D and computerised motion control software, we provide high-precision waterjet cutting Lancashire for clients requiring intricate shapes and exact tolerances of +/- 0.1mm. Our Blackburn facility houses three state-of-the-art machines capable of cutting materials up to 200mm thick on a 7.3 x 2.4m bed, or up to 300mm thick on a 4m x 3m bed. We specialise in profiling high strength steel, abrasion resistant steel, armoured plate, and composites for demanding sectors such as aerospace, defence, offshore, and aviation. As an ISO 9001:2015 accredited company, we ensure the highest quality standards for industries including automotive, Formula 1, marine, and construction.
