Our Capabilities

By utilising specialist 3D and computerised motion control software, we provide high-precision waterjet cutting North West for clients requiring intricate shapes and exact tolerances of +/- 0.1mm. Our facility houses three state-of-the-art machines capable of cutting materials up to 200mm thick on a 7.3 x 2.4m bed, or up to 300mm thick on a 4m x 3m bed. We specialise in profiling high strength steel, abrasion resistant steel, armoured plate, and composites for demanding sectors such as aerospace, defence, offshore, and aviation. As an ISO 9001:2015 accredited company, we ensure the highest quality standards for industries including automotive, Formula 1, marine, and construction. Our versatile capabilities allow us to cut an extensive range of materials including aluminium, stainless steel, copper, Hardox, plastics, glass, and granite. We also offer a stacked cutting service to process multiple sheets simultaneously, providing a fast and efficient solution for your regional profiling needs.
